Ku Ka Sing

Ku Ka Sing

We visited Ku Ka Sing during the rainy season of 2006. It is a very attractive site and to our surprise it was held in a very clean condition. This is probably due to the temple located right next to it. Remains of three prangs are visible on the stone basement and several beautiful lintels can be seen, like the one below showing the god Shiva mounted on Erawan, the three-headed elephant. Ku Ka Sing was built between 1017 and 1087 A.D. and is dedicated to Shiva.
